If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do-so ONLINE ONLY via your confirmation/reminder email. You must cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you do not, you will be marked as a NO CALL NO SHOW and your $10 deposit fee is forfeited.

Please understand that you cannot change your service. You can only cancel or reschedule your appointment date/time. If you want a different service, you must cancel your current appointment and schedule a new appointment of the new service you want, which requires a new deposit. Your previous deposit will be forfeited. Please email me (briaalluringnails@gmail.com) prior to booking if you need clarity on what to book.

You must arrive to your appointment ON TIME. You are also allowed a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, you are now marked as a NO CALL NO SHOW. Your appointment is then cancelled and your deposit id forfeited. After 2 NO CALL NO SHOWS, you will be permanently banned from any future bookings.

Upon booking, you are required to pay a deposit which secures your appointment and service. Everyone is required to pay a deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS. Your deposit is only applied to the service that you booked. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. Deposits are only transferable if your reschedule your appointment to a different date/time.

Yes! I offer traveling services to the Lake & Cook County area for $25. If you book a service with travel accommodations, please contact me to finalize details. Contact details can be found in confirmation email. I will not travel in inclement weather.

Absolutely! However, I will ONLY work over clear acrylic work. I WILL NOT WORK OVER ANY COLORED ACRYLIC, GLITTER ACRYLIC, OR ANY ACRYLIC WORK THAT DOESN'T REVEAL YOUR NAIL BED. A soak-off service will be required upon booking. A $5 charge will be applied to all Acrylic Fill-In sets from other techs' work that need to be reshaped, re-balanced, or if bulk must be filed away or added on to resemble my signature style required nail appearance. The $5 charge will be applied for EACH area needed.

Additional charges will be added to a service if you want/need: 1. Designs (line work, foil, stickers, spider gel) 2. Rhinestones 3. Soak off 4. Cut down 5. Shape change 6. Nail repair
